Choosing someone to care for your children can feel daunting, which is why we're here to guide and support
you throughout the process.
Registration is free; we only charge a fee upon a successful offer of employment.

Discuss Your Requirements
Complete the registration form and talk through your family's needs, routine and the type of role you're looking to fill.

Client Interviews & Feedback
You interview your shortlisted candidates and let us know your thoughts, we'll guide you through this stage.

Search & Selection Begins
We shortlist suitable candidates and carry out agency interviews before sending you their profiles.
4.
Job Offer & Contracts
Once you've found the right match, we support you through the offer, contracts and arranging payroll.
Throughout each stage of the process we will be on hand to guide you. From providing interview advice and sample questions, right through to contracts and arranging payroll. Once the candidate has been placed we will continue to provide ongoing support and advice to both parties if required.
Through personal experience we know this can be a daunting process and our aim is to take the stress out of it by providing you with the right tools, advice and information throughout the whole process.
PEACE OF MIND
We interview all candidates via video call and take the time to understand their experience and assess their skills and suitability for the role.
We request the two most recent professional references and photo ID from each candidate.
We also check that candidates have an Enhanced DBS check on the Update Service and that their Paediatric First Aid certificate is current.
This gives families greater confidence when choosing someone to care for their children.
TAX, NATIONAL INSURANCE & PENSION
As an employer, you are responsible for registering and paying the
appropriate Tax, National Insurance and pension contributions for your nanny.

OFSTED REGISTRATION
Some families choose to employ an Ofsted-registered nanny so they can benefit from government support towards their childcare costs, including Tax-Free Childcare.
Nannies do not have to register with Ofsted, but they can choose to register voluntarily on the Ofsted Childcare Register. For parents to use Tax-Free Childcare to pay for a nanny, the nanny must be registered and meet the relevant requirements of the scheme.
As the registration provides a financial benefit to the employer, it is recommended that the employer covers the cost of the nanny's Ofsted registration.
