About the Role
This is a rewarding and unique role working with a young adult and her lovely caring family. We are seeking a dedicated and inspiring Teacher/Support Worker to teach, support, offer companionship and care for a young female adult with SEN, on a one-to-one basis, across her home, Alternative Provision, and community settings.
We are looking for someone for a minimum of 3 days to support her at a Therapeutic and Educational Provision. If someone would like more hours then the family can offer 1 - 2 days supporting her at the family home too.
This role would suit a qualified primary teacher (Key Stage 2) with SEN experience or a qualified teacher working at a Specialist Secondary School (teaching Entry Level Functional Skills). The role offers a unique opportunity to make a meaningful difference to a young person’s life by designing and teaching a tailored and bespoke Entry Level Functional Skills and life skills programme, combining educational learning with practical life and independence skills. Working as as a key part of G21's overall support plan, part of their Alternative Provision multi-disciplinary team, working alongside speech and language therapy, occupational therapy, art therapy, and counselling psychology. Helping and supporting them to participate in fun and engaging activities in the local community and at home.

Additional Needs - Learning & sensory needs, anxieties, slow processing and reflux. Due to her additional needs we are seeking a Female Native English speaker.
Candidates ideally to live within a 30 minute commute of Windsor.
