Registration is free; we only charge a fee upon a successful offer of employment.
As part of the registration process, we will discuss the role with you to carefully identify your requirements. Once your requirements are established we will begin our search and selection
process to find you the ideal candidate.
We will interview and check suitable candidates and provide you with a profile of each
candidate that we feel is a good match for your needs.
Nanny Scout will liaise with potential candidates and set up interviews.
Due to the current Covid-19 restrictions all initial interviews are held via video call.
After the interviews we will contact both parties to discuss feedback and if you would both
like to proceed we would suggest arranging a second interview. .
Depending on current restrictions this can be in person. If recruiting for a childcare role then
we suggest that the children are present too.
This provides a good opportunity to observe their interaction with your children and get a
better feel for them as a professional carer.
Throughout each stage of the process we will be on hand to guide you. From providing interview advice and sample questions, right through to contracts and arranging payroll.
Once the candidate has been placed we will continue to provide ongoing support and
advice to both parties if required.
Through personal experience we know this can be a daunting process and our aim is to take the stress out of it by providing you with the right tools, advice and information throughout the whole process.
