At Nanny Scout we understand the importance in finding the right person to welcome
into your home and what a daunting task this can be.
We are here to help and guide you through the process.
We hold Candidate interviews to fully understand their requirements.
All Candidates have an Enhanced DBS and if working with children Paediatric First Aid
Nanny Scout will happily provide interview guidance, sample contracts and payroll advice.
PEACE OF MIND
We interview all candidates and spend time getting to know them, understanding their skills and capabilities.
We take at least 2 references and 2 forms of I.D
from each Candidate.
We ensure candidates have an Enhanced DBS and that
First Aid certificates are current.

TAX, NATIONAL INSURANCE & PENSION
It is your responsibility as an Employer to register and pay Tax, National Insurance and Pension contributions on
behalf of your Employee.

OFSTED REGISTRATION
Parents who wish to use use the Tax Free Childcare scheme will need to employ a Nanny who is Ofsted registered or who is willing to do so.
We recommend that due to the tax benefit the Employer contributes all or part of the cost of registration.
We can provide information regarding these costs and the process upon request.


Fees
We do not charge a registration fee.
Berkshire Surrey
A placement fee will only be due upon a successful offer of employment.
We also offer Bespoke Packages for other special requirements e.g. Weddings, Parties, Overnight Care, Private Chefs.
Please note we do not charge VAT.
